as some of you may know (and shame on you if you don't) the only keyboardist Lynyrd Skynyrd has ever known, Billy Powell, died at age 56. he crafted the intro to the epic Free Bird. he was one of Dixie's favorite sons, and so with his passing and to his honor i'll be hosting an hour-long tribute to Lynyrd Skynyrd. it's a one-night only deal. bands ranging from 3 Doors Down to Armored Saint will lend their talents, so join me in saying goodbye at 10pm Eastern on ColtsDigital Radio.
