The staff of Colts Digital Radio would like to that everyone that tuned us in for the Pre-Game show. We have had great responses to it. We would give a special thanks to those that called in and left questions and messages, and to those that participated in the chat room.

You showed us that there is an interest in having a show the listeners can get involved in and get a response. We have discuessed bringing to life the No Monkey Business program, which would be of the same talk format. We know the season is over but there is still plenty to discuss; the draft, spring camp, FA's, etc. So, let us know what you'd like to see/hear in a regular sports program. We will look at everyones input and put our heads together to create a program for our listeners and supporters.

Well gang, it's been a work in progress, but CDR is coming around. To our loyal listeners, a big Thank You! For those that have not yet made us a part of their music experience, check us out and take us for a test drive. 2009 promises some big changes for us, but first, let us take a moment to announce two new shows to the CDR line-up.

Be sure to join to GSMACK every Friday night as he takes a look back to the 80's and the wide range of music that came from that decade on Friday Night Retro, beginning at 9PM, EST. After his show, stay tuned for The David Lawrence Show.

Also joining the line-up is a new program delivering the best in Rock and Metal around. Be sure to tune in Iridium (i-rid'e-?m) on Saturday nights at 10PM, EST. KYColtsFan promises to take you on a journey of musical ecstasy playing anything from Southern Rock to all out, pure metal.

Both shows will have replays during the week, one during the Mid-day Replay and the other on Tuesday nights. Care to guess which is which?

As mentioned, we are proud to announce the Mid-day Replay, Mondays through Wednesdays at Noon, EST. This is a two hour block of programs you may have missed or want to hear again, consisting of Friday Night Retro, Guilty Pleasures, Transatlantic Retro Countdown and The David Lawrence Show.

Thursdays and Fridays at Noon, EST is a program with a little different flava, DJ Freative Presents. During this program, well, no telling what you'll hear. Freative will deliver a wide (very wide) genre of music and entertainment. It could be rock blocks, disco, hip-hop, dance mixes...honestly we never know what he is going to throw out there.

So there you have it, for now. Like we stated from the start, there will be more changes coming soon to the Colts Digital Radio page. Things like playlists for the shows you hear and a section for making requests.

Happy Thursday, kiddies! I thought for the program at noon (EST, U.S.) today, I'd just play a little bit of everything. Starting off, we'll take a listen back to some Top 40 Rock stuff over the past 15 years or so. Nothing too heavy. Then we'll wrap it up with some long lost extended mixes of 80's classics. Hey gang, got a little bored the other night and threw a mix together that will air for 2 hours starting at noon, on Thursday, December 11. Tune in and turn it up. Nothing over-board, just a good groove for the mid-day :)

Coming up on this weeks program, David sits down in actor Andre Royo plays Bubbles on HBO's "The Wire," Mark Thompson with AnalogX.com, and Actor/Writer David Dean Bottrell.

I decided it was time to start our own blog to help keep up to date with the latest news here at Colts Digital Radio. The first announcement may be repeat to some, but just wanted to take the time to mention some new shows we have added to our lineup.

The first is the David Lawrence Show. You can find a really good description of David in the forums in the Colts thread. I just listened to his latest show as I was preparing it for air this weekend (November 14) and the second hour is devoted to interiviewing a couple of people that started out as Michael Moore fans, but learned he lied and staged a lot of his films and facts. They now devote themselves to "bashing," well that's a rough word, how about "pointing out when Michael lies and how he does it." Is that better?

The last part of the show this week he discusses music issues and online use, pirating, new laws, etc.  Give it a listen this week and keep it tuned in each week for his show.

The next two shows come to us via our friends in the UK (no GMC, no the University of Kentucky...England ) The first of which starts tonight (november 13) at 8PM, EST. Guilty Pleasures. If you are fan of music from the 80's and some from the 70's...and mean any music from that time period...this is a must listen to program. I've heard old country, rock and pop come across this program. Very intersting mixture for the music lover. Plus each week, Richard Todd, the host, runs a contest to which the winner wins a free CD. How much more could you want?

The third show is Transatlantic Retro Countdown. Each week, Richard Todd will take a look back in to the charts from the 80's and early 90's and help you relive those moments in time.

So, I'll leave it at that for now. Something else to keep in mind is an addition of some different formats during the day starting next wekk. 80's, Rock and Dance will grace our airwaves at regularly scheduled times. Also, be sure to watch and listen for our first contest on Colts Digital Radio. We are still working out the finer points of it, but there will a prize awarded when it happens.
