I decided it was time to start our own blog to help keep up to date with the latest news here at Colts Digital Radio. The first announcement may be repeat to some, but just wanted to take the time to mention some new shows we have added to our lineup.

The first is the David Lawrence Show. You can find a really good description of David in the forums in the Colts thread. I just listened to his latest show as I was preparing it for air this weekend (November 14) and the second hour is devoted to interiviewing a couple of people that started out as Michael Moore fans, but learned he lied and staged a lot of his films and facts. They now devote themselves to "bashing," well that's a rough word, how about "pointing out when Michael lies and how he does it." Is that better?

The last part of the show this week he discusses music issues and online use, pirating, new laws, etc.  Give it a listen this week and keep it tuned in each week for his show.

The next two shows come to us via our friends in the UK (no GMC, no the University of Kentucky...England ) The first of which starts tonight (november 13) at 8PM, EST. Guilty Pleasures. If you are fan of music from the 80's and some from the 70's...and mean any music from that time period...this is a must listen to program. I've heard old country, rock and pop come across this program. Very intersting mixture for the music lover. Plus each week, Richard Todd, the host, runs a contest to which the winner wins a free CD. How much more could you want?

The third show is Transatlantic Retro Countdown. Each week, Richard Todd will take a look back in to the charts from the 80's and early 90's and help you relive those moments in time.

So, I'll leave it at that for now. Something else to keep in mind is an addition of some different formats during the day starting next wekk. 80's, Rock and Dance will grace our airwaves at regularly scheduled times. Also, be sure to watch and listen for our first contest on Colts Digital Radio. We are still working out the finer points of it, but there will a prize awarded when it happens.
